  • 1.  Is posible to know Wrap up Note in a report?

    Hi!

    With this report "Interaction Details Report" i can see all the interactions with the wrap up code,

     

    Can i see the same information with the Wrap Up note?

    This functionality doesn't exist today but we do have "wrap up notes" as an feature enhancement request in the interactions detail list. I don't have an estimated date on that feature but I will certainly log your request - it's a great one!

    Rebecca left the company a good bit ago. She wasn't looking at creating a report, but just adding the information to the Performance>Interactions view, and that has been added.

    Eventually you will be able to export the Interaction Details to a CSV file and thus create your own report. Hopefully that will be available this year.

    Interactions export is now available! You should now find the download button in your Interactions, Agent Interactions, and Queue Interactions views if you have Analytics > Data Export > All permissions. Check out the Resource Center for more information: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/interactions-view/.
