    Any possibilities to get the dial to start automatically when the callback alert is accepted?

    Contact Support, and submit an Enhancement Request with business case. That will draw attention to your need for this feature.

    This is on the roadmap and coming sometime soon. In the interim, you can convert your callback build to a campaign:

    Brad Murlin
    Zillow, Inc.
