  • 1.  Group voicemail for Queue

    Group ring voicemail became available in the June 21st release; could PureCloud extend that to Queues? We have several groups that are set up on a Queue instead of group ring, and our project team had to create separate users for voicemail. It's a process to log into and seems it would be much easier if we had group voicemail.

    One possible solution is to make an In-Queue Flow that at a certain timeout, send the call to a Group. You could then have the group timeout be set to 1 sec on Rotate and Stop Ringing at 1 sec (which would not be enough time to notify a user that would be in the list) thus the group voicemail would then pickup the call. I have set this up for one customer and has worked to their liking. Hope this helps.
