    We'd like to request 'Schedule Callback' to allow scheduling out more than  14 days. We have some enrollments where a contact would like to sign up after a visit with a physician appointment which is farther out than two weeks.

    Hi Priscilla, I understand this is an old conversation and the current 30-day limit on callbacks.

    Some customers that use this for scheduling and sales have a lot of calls setup for more than 30 days. Do you have the reason behind this limit? Are there plans to eventually increase it even more?
    What is the proposed way to work for customers with these use cases?

    I have voted on an idea ( to increase this limit but it has been under review for most of the year...
