    Is anyone out there using Purecloud with integration to Microsoft CRM 2016?

    Hi Lee,

    Yes, we (Feros Care) are using the out of the box data dip connector for screen pop and intelligent routing.

    Are you using Microsft dynamics in the Cloud or On premise?, would be good to hear what you have achieved.
