We have following scenario:
1. All our users/agents use the PureCloud WebRTC Phone.
2. For an IVR configuration, we have an Inbound Call Flow menu, in which one of the menu
options is "Transfer to Voicemail".
3. So if a caller calls outside business hours, she/he can leave a voicemail.
4. The problem is, this message can only be downloaded by one user, since the "Transfer to Voicemail" option allows to deliver the voice mail to only one user.
Or is it possible to deliver such the voicemail to several users ?
If not, is there any other way to provide the caller with the possibility to record an audio message, and subsequently distribute this message among several users?
If not, can a user listen to the voicemail of another user?
Right now, the only option soon to be fully available is Group Voicemail:
However, you cannot transfer directly to the group's voicemail from Architect...you have to transfer to the group, and if no one answers it will roll to voicemail.
