  • 1.  Problem with Installing a bridge server

    Posted 03-20-2017 14:07

Hello! I actually uploaded this to developer forum, and

I heard this is a good place to ask a question.

So I am asking u guys if you know how to solve this..

We are trying to install a bridge server, and we are getting this message after putting token generated on the website.

The message we are getting is in Korean, and if I translate it,

Program or feature "\??\c:\windows\temp\inin-bridgeserver-v3\7z.exe" can not start or run because it is incompatible with 64-bit version Windows. Contact your software vendor to make sure you have a version that is compatible with 64-bit Windows.

I checked the requirements for a bridge server, and I am positive that those requirements are met.

Not sure why we get two question marks for the path.

Would you please provide a way to solve this problem??

    Thanks you in advance.

    Hi, Yohan,

Here's some information from our Resource Center that might be able to help you validate that you've met the requirements:

Has this been opened up as a ticket with Support? If you've already checked what I've provided you, that may be the next place to go, as they can help with your install and ensure that path is accurate.

    Best regards,

    Thanks for the quick response.

I actually left this here since I haven't got a response from purecloud support for a few days.

But I just got one and the  ticket is moving to Tier 2 to investigate the issue.

Once again, thanks for your time and have a great day!

    Change local settings

Control Panel -  Region - Administrative TAB -
Change system locale - Select English (United States)
