I've seen WebRTC Helper was there few hours ago in Frankfurt location.
But it's gone now :).
Is there something wrong with it?

Media helper was not the cause of these errors but the feature relies on the new SDK to prevent a benign UI error. We will begin enabling the feature in limited regions in the coming weeks.
