    Hi all, I've been tasked with streamlining our Customer Service Centre intro. Currently it has a welcome message and six Press 'No.' for 'option 1, option 2 etc', which then sends the caller off to a flow and into queue.

    I need to remove all six options and present an intro message which then puts the caller directly into the queue.

    I end up with a validation error as no DTMF is selected (i don't want one) or speech recognition isn't switch on (don't want this either).

    I feel the problem is the fact I have Main Menu as my root, but no sure how this should be setup.

    You are on the right track.  Add the Transfer to ACD in a new Task and then use that as the Starting Task.  You can still add the welcome message to that.

    Once you have created a new task on the left-hand side, there is a button that says "make this starting task".  In the task, all you need is the Transfer to ACD.
