Hi,

To change any ACD Skill name on Purecloud, we have to delete and recreate it again with the new name

I found this procedure very heavy as changes, for example, if this ACD Skill was already assigned to many agents (more than 100) and call flows...etc, you have to change on each of them in order to update with the new ACD Skill !

Is there any way to change directly the Skill name without delete it and without changing on every object relating to it ?

Not today. Keep in mind that skills are being looked up by names in various places, such as flows or for web chat. Renaming the skill would break various places.
