Hello All,

We are coming from PureConnect where there were inherited skills. I do not see that option anywhere in Genesys Cloud. I know I can add them in the UI, API or Bulk Import. We have many skills we use so this can be a chore. Just wanna make sure I am not missing anything. Thanks.

I believe I heard this is something planned for the future but it is TBD. However there is currently an offering in the app foundry called user templates that would solve for this see link below.

Yeah I'm pretty sure this is in the works. I've seen something in development I would suggest everyone refer to our roadmap release notes. That is the beauty of Genesys cloud something is updated or released every Wednesday.
