I wonder if there is any tool to open an URL on the local computer. For example I got an active call and I press a client button I want an webpage to open with an variable from the incoming call. http://server/getinfo.php?number=XXXXXXXX Is it possible or do anyone have another tip on how to do it?

This can also be accomplished by implementing a simple application, written in you programming language of choice that open a browser with an URL. You can even search for this program (or indication on how to code it) in the Internet. You then can link a custom client button to this custom app using Interaction Administrator, giving access to the button to the appropriate agents.

i created a dde action with a reverse white age look up on a website for exampe reverse phonedatabase site dde can do this whiteout the button press ;-)
