    Has any tried integrating the Call popup from SupportCenter or SupportDesk from ManageEngien with CIC.

    I don't think that ManageEngine is supported by I3. I3 only support: hey HEAT IceLib Microsoft Dynamics CRM Onyx Remedy Connector Remedy IVR Render Server RightNow Salesforce SAP Connector Siebel Connector SOAP Listener

    It looks like this is http driven, so you should be able to use a url screen pop. Ask them if they support url or DDE integrAtion.

    Robert, you seem to know your way around integrations. Is there a way to use the "actions" feature (URL or DDE) for an outbound campaign as standard?

    Have not tries myself, but because of the fact Scripter is able to pop information tells me that it should be possible. Worth a try. Just setup your action to a simple UrL like www.whitepages.com and assign the actions in the ACD tab. The system should still see these calls as inbound to that group and should pop the URL.
