Hi, Is there any body who upgraded systems to new CIC SU14 with Dialer SU11 and HMP 313? We are planning in the near future. And we want to install all neccessary ESes for both CIC and Dialer. ( SU14's ESes are not published yet, I know :) ) Actual System : CIC 3.0 SU with SU10, Dialer with SU9, HMP 3.0 with 289. Thanks, Guchan

What issues so far?

Going to install it today on one of our dev servers, after a total messed up SU13 upgrade on a customer side, due to all ES's that we had to apply (25 in total for SU13 and Dialer). We don't have a need for HMP 313 as we don't have faxes and 289 works fine (don't fix it if it ain't broken). Will let you know if we run into anything bad.

Hi Our Development update went fine so far we have no issues encountered. What do we run on: HMP - 297 CIC - 3.0 + SU 14 DIALER - SU 11 Hope that helps you

Installed it on a customer and have been running on it for 2 weeks now. All test have been good. Don't have dialer installed though. 3.0 IC SU14 + HMP SU313

Did you install any ESes? or have anyone installed any ESes and having issue? I have installed SU14+7 ESes+HMP 313 in our Dev server and was fine. I am going to install it in one of our production server this week. The only problem that I have, I may not have enough time for overnight install (6 hours Windows) for SU14+7 ESes+HMP 313+Test. I may have to break it down.

I have installed all ESses and did not face any problem. ESses are taking too much time to be installed ( more than 2 hours ). PS: If you extract and put all ESses in a folder and run SUInstall.exe in the same folder, then all ESses are being installed one by one. But there is a problem, If you re-run SUInstall.exe again after installing all ESses, trying to install all of them again :). So run it once.

3 weeks ago we installed almost all available SU14 ES's and all Dialer SU11 ES's and have not had a complaint from our customer This is their dev box and they are doing regression tests on it before putting this setup in production.
