We are looking at a solution where we get emails with multiple To: addresses that are hitting multiple queues and individuals from our customers. We are trying to identify and strip these multiple addresses before hitting CIC. Obviously, once these duplicates hit Exchange and queue mailboxes, little can be done without allot of CIC processing. We have an email firewall and it has rule based routing but the rules are not robust enough to work well. Any thoughts to what you other CIC shops have looked at or tried if you have attempted to filtter before CIC?. We have too many customers and with up to 23,000 inbound emails a day, retraining out customers is not going to work.
Thanks
