    We have noticed that unless the phone fields are formatted to USA i.e. (XXX) XXX-XXXX then Salesforce.com doesn't pop an inbound call. Has anyone outside of the US had the same experience and found a fix?

    We currently have a thread open with development regarding this scenario. I'll post back here once a consensus has been reached.

    Our dev team opened a case with Salesforce, as this is something they will need to address on their end (we confirmed that the same behavior exists while using the Salesforce demo adapter).
