Inability to Score calls after upgrade to CIC 2015 R3

  • 1.  Inability to Score calls after upgrade to CIC 2015 R3

    Upon upgrade of our ICBM platform to CIC 2015 R3, the ability to score calls is grayed out and unable to be utilized. All scoring is on hold. Is there a client setting that needs adjusting within permissions or is a larger issue present?

    Make sure user has QA license and access to ALL under surveys or questionnaires.
