    Has anyone attempted to pass information from outside of I3 into a chat that only the agent can see? We are trying to do a DB lookup and pass that info along to the agent when a user begins a chat session. Thanks!

    Yes, use Custom_IncomingInteraction to trap the chat, then use the CustomInfo field passed through URL to parse information through the Db and update same field to show in notes tab in chat client.
