Agent Overview missing statistics column after upgrade to 184.108.40.206 from version 3.9.
Hello, I'm a sys admin at a company in sweden using telemarketing to sell and raise awareness of our services and products.
We recently upgraded ININ to 2015R2 from the older version 3
of the software suite.
The new GUI looks much nicer, good work ININ! :)
After the upgrade we cannot seem to find a couple of columns in the Agent Overview view of Business Manager.
The specific field we are missing is "Successes (Current Shift)
". It is, seemingly, nowhere to be found.
A significant part of our workflow implements that column to keep track of, and encourage, our salesforce.
We have the "Agent Overview" on a couple of big screens so that everybody can see who has made how many sales calls.
The salesforce uses this to see how far ahead or behind they or of each other.
Is there anyway to get that field back?
Is it hiding behind some checkbox of admin rights?
Are there any other solutions for our use case?
Are we searching in the wrong application, as in the infomration is not i Business manager anymore?
Do we have the right version of the suite, is this present in the newest version?
Possibilities of custom solutions? I have heard the name Marquee server, and that it is tricky to use.
