Hi!: This is my enviroment: CIC 2017R5 in a HA (active/passive) MRCP Nuance (ASR/TTS): Vocalizer 5.5 I have configured 2 main regions (códec are showed first priority1, second priority2) Location1 devices: SBC + MediaServer Location1 map: Location1 vs Location1: g729 & g711a // Location1 vs Location2: g729 & g711a // DefaultLocation vs Location1 g729 & g711a Location2 devices: MRCP Servers Location2 map: Location2 vs Location1: 711a & g711u // Location2 vs Location2 711a & g711u // DefaultLocatoin vs Location1 g711a & g711u There is a Custom Rule for ASR/MRCP selection that only allow Region2, no <this locations>/<IC locatoin> / .... Incomming call from SBC to CIC Works fine, SBC sends g729&711a&711u and 200OK from CIC sends g729 (only) Outgoing call from CIC to MRCP Server is not fine, CIC sends g711u&g711u and 200OK from MRCP server sends g711u&g711u&g711a&... My concern is why CIC is not sending g711a&g711u... just g711u and CIC sends it twice ¿¿?? Is mandatory sip dialog between CIC vs MRCP with g711u? Any change I have tried to modify INVITE behaviour from CIC to MRCP servers has not worked, even switching over to ensure changes take place.
