    Hi, I have a profile that has had a schedule attached to it already. If I change the time covered by the schedule in Interaction Administrator, do I have to update the profile also by removing and re-adding the schedule? Thanks, Penn

    No, the best advantage of using system schedules is that they are dynamic and don't require editing of the call flows. Also, you can assign rights to only certain schedules to individuals that need to change them.
