    Is anyone experiencing when the user changes his/her status the timer does not reset and it also "freezes" up the webclient...we are using the salesforce/Webclient intergration.....any thoughts would be most grateful!!:confused:

    What version of CIC are you running. Between CIC 3.0 and 4.0 status changes went from asynchronous to synchronous. I wonder if you are running into issues where the web client is waiting for the server to respond to the status change message.

    were on 4.0 and have been since we started and its hit and miss to various users across 4 sites....very strange just started to happen abt 3 weeks ago?

    Hi, MarkT In the 4.0 web client status changes are asynchronous. The web client sends a request to the server to change the status and the response comes back immediately but the status is not changed. Thereafter, when the server actually changes the status, a message is sent to the web client and the UI is updated to reflect the new status. Hope this helps.

    Hi, All Has anyone submitted a support incident ? This is the quickest way to bring this to a resolution.

    yes we have and they cannot reproduce in their lab..apparently they have another CAAS customer with the same issue who provided Fiddler logs but still no luck...we have also provided wire shark captures and it just shows the webclient losing connection with the IC server?
