Hello, Does anyone know how we can create a custom wrap up category for Scheduled Callback? This should have the same behavior as the System Scheduled Callback, so the calendar Needs to be popped in scripter, but we want to Change some Settings for the wrapup category, for ex not increment attempts. Can this be done with some handler modification? Thanks
