  • 1.  Directory Load Error

    Dear All, We currently migrated from CIC 2.4 to CIC 4.0 SU3 and migration process finished successfully without errors. But we have a problem when opening the interaction client from the user side or from the server side is that the client unable to load directory "There was a problem loading this directory, click here to try again". Any suggestion about the causes of that problem. FYI, I made sure that users exist under directory key in the Interactive Intelligence registry key. Best Regards, Ahmed

    I would suggest you turn up logging on Ineteraction Client the client PC to level 100 and then look at the log to see if there is any more info as to why the directory did not load.
