Interaction Scripter and Email

    Hi everyone! We want to open the Interaction Scripter3.0 in a custom script to have a log of the interaction in a DB. Therefore after several attempts we see the emails on the Interaction Client3.0 but it does not pop the Interaction Scripter as it does it on any other interaction. Any idea on how can we achieved this behavior? Kind Regards.
