How to install and setup Interaction Feedback

  • 1.  How to install and setup Interaction Feedback

    Hello All, Customer has recently acquired license for Interaction Feedback 3.0 and wants it to be setup.
    • How do I need to install Interaction Feedback Server?
    • Based on the Technical Reference document I understand that it will be installed as part of the IC Server, and after the License will be enabled it will be visible in Interaction Administrator for configuration.
    • After that we need to install Interaction Feedback Client on each server
    Is my understanding correct? If not how do I go about it?
