If we want the 8-digit number that calls in to use the site we want on Genesys cloud to continue calling mobile numbers,

how do we configure number plans? Let the system choose to use the desired site.

    Hi,

for what I understand the Phone that is use by the user is attach to a Site and in that site there are number plans that you can configure, I don't think there is a way to select a desired site base on the dialed number. to what I know so far in the site you can create number plans and depending on your number plan you can attached the desired trunks to be used instead.

This is what I am experiencing. If a call comes from the Cisco system by pressing 8 digits to the GC system and the user on the system sets a forward call to the mobile phone number.

it appears that the number displayed on the user's mobile phone is the number on the default site, not the number on the site. bound on WebRTC that is configured on the user.

What I want is to have the forward call displayed as the number 027939000.

Have you check the location of your site there is an option there to use the number configured in there as an ANI. maybe you have configured Always use as ANI.

you may want to also check your trunk configurations

    Hope this helps.
