ACD Queue can't routing agent beacause agent status mismatching(interacting status)

    No Interacting interaction in Performance > interactions (Ended : No - Filter)
    But ACD Queue is not routing to Agnets. (agents are include queue and skill)
    So i find Agent status.
    I checked it agent status are Not Idle status (in interacting status)
    how can i sync to status?
    I've created an agent temporarily and I'm using it.
