The feature rollout temporarily paused while we resolved recent reports of WebRTC SDK related errors in specific embedded application scenarios. Media helper was not the cause of these errors but the feature relies on the new SDK to prevent a benign UI error. We will begin enabling the feature in limited regions in the coming weeks. Those interested in using the Media Helper today can request beta access from your channel manager.
