We are currently piloting Agent Assist in our environment and agents are pleased with the tech. Is there a way to get Agent Assist to work on callbacks? If not, is there a plan to make it available on callbacks in the future?
UPDATE - I tested dialing outbound calls on behalf of a queue and this enables Agent Assist. Is there a way to configure callbacks so that when an agent clicks to outbound dial a callback it will automatically call on behalf of a queue?
