No problem. This feature is also available in the web app. In the example screenshot, I have the 25th and 27th as fully booked, so they agent would be on the waitlist. On the 26th, there are only 8 hours left in the Time Off Limits, so it's on 'fire' :)

Thanks, Damaris.
This info is very helpful, I will share it with the customer.
Would you be able to help me with a question related to Genesys Tempo? Last time I checked, only through Tempo agents could see the days which are filling up on the calendar with icons indicating if the day is full or not. Could you confirm that this feature is still only available through Tempo? I tried to see the same via Genesys Cloud web and did not show any icons on the calendar. Are any other capabilities which are available only through tempo?
Thanks,
Debora

Hi Debora, If the GET Balances workflow is set up correctly, it should pull the balance "as of" the date the agent has selected when looking at their balances. Here is a screenshot of what I'm referring to. It's the title "By Date".

Hi there,
Do we have any workaround for how future approved time-off requests hours can be deducted from the balance from HR system with the HRIS, so agents can always see their balance minus future approved hours ( Actual Balance)
This is a real issue for customers, because agents might be able to request more hours than what they really have, when they see their balance it shows 100 hours, but in reality they might have only 40 hours available until the end of the year, according to days that are already approved for future dates.
Thanks,
Debora
