There is a new feature coming out (not exactly sure when) that will allow status to return to the previous presence (including on-queue) when agents log into Genesys Cloud. Here are what the options will have.

Is it possible to have an agent automatically placed On-Queue when they sign in to Genesys at the beginning of their shift? I cannot find any settings for this so any help is much appreciated.
