When a new interaction comes in and Agent is working in different applications and the browser with Genesys is buried under other windows/applications, is there any way to force it to the front or even make the icon blink to alert the user and allow them to find the browser quickly and easily? I know the thick client/desktop app provides a notice, but we are wondering if there is anything we can do specifically in the browser/thin client.
