  • 1.  Bulk recording export in native Genesys

    Has anyone ever had a need to bulk export ARCHIVED recordings without using an API or an AWS integration? We're finding that manually requesting to unarchive recordings takes up to 24 hours before it's delivered to the user and we have hundreds of highly sensitive archived recordings we need to pull as a result of a subpoena. Any help with this would be great!

    In your scenario, You need to use the API Genesys unfortunately.

    Appreciate you, Breno. Do you know why pulling archived recordings can take up to 24 hours before they're delivered? Is there some kind of queue that get's backed up after a certain number of recordings are being exported?

    Hi Bradon,

    Genesys Cloud is hosted/partner in AWS. For Archive recording, Genesys uses the bucket storage and change class to reduce our cost (this isn't a problem for me): https://aws.amazon.com/s3/storage-classes/
