Yes, Customer First is on the roadmap. We are actively working on planning/ scoping the first phase. We are targeting Q3/Q4 for a beta of the first phase of Customer First.

There is a way to do it today leveraging the Blueprint to automate callbacks. https://developer.genesys.cloud/blueprints/automated-callback-blueprint/
It is on the roadmap to have it as a native function, but I am not sure of the timeline for that enhancement to platform. @Christa Welton might be able to share.
