    This is probably a really basic question - but can anyone tell me how I can actually get to this view please?
    The documentation describes the view well but doesn't tell me how to get to it. e.g. is it from Outbound Campaigns - if so, where/how?

    Here is the article:  Campaign Interactions Detail view - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    Essentially, you have an Interactions Tab in the Campaign Performance report when you click into a single campaign.  Then you add the columns you need to that listing of the interactions.
