    Can someone recommend what would be the best tool/s to replace  CCPulse statistic in CX please, 

    Mostly cornered with the board view and customization of the veiws ..

    Depends if you are looking for real-time or historical.  Ttech Digital has Insights that brings data into Power BI templates for both and Novelvox had the iVision product.  Both can be found in the AppFoundry.

    Remember that ALL views can supply real-time data.  Also, the Dashboards in GCx do supply real-time views like you are used to in Engage (kind of).  As well, there is an API that allows webhooks into Genesys Cloud that allows real-time feeds of this information as well as connectivity in to AWS Event Bridge.
