Remember that ALL views can supply real-time data. Also, the Dashboards in GCx do supply real-time views like you are used to in Engage (kind of). As well, there is an API that allows webhooks into Genesys Cloud that allows real-time feeds of this information as well as connectivity in to AWS Event Bridge.

Depends if you are looking for real-time or historical. Ttech Digital has Insights that brings data into Power BI templates for both and Novelvox had the iVision product. Both can be found in the AppFoundry.
