  • 1.  Debug an in-queue call flow

Does anyone know how I can test or debug an in-queue call flow? I have to publish it in order to test it. I need it to flow through my Inbound call flow first, grab appropriate attributes, and then test the in-queue flow.

When I turn on debugging for the inbound flow, it "works" to debug that flow, but then when it transfers to the in-queue flow, it only uses the published version.

Did you come up with a workaround?

IMHO, the facilities for the debugging of Architect flows is one area that Genesys Cloud is severely lacking in. Even with inbound, running in debug mode is tedious and almost pointless for many situations.

I put an idea out there to improve the debugging features within Architect https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/SSA-I-579 and I would ask that you take a look at it and comment / up-vote.

Anyone who has used other products (from Genesys or elsewhere) will know how much better some of them are at doing this!
