  • 1.  DID Not Reassigned to New user

    Hi All

    Not sure if anyone encountered this issue, a DID was reassigned to a new User however it rings to the previous user.  Add the DID to the New Users profile and removed it from the previous User profile, issue persist.

    Did you remap the DID in the DID/DNIS assignments in Phone Number Configuration?
