Coming next month! You will be able to download Genesys Tempo^TM  on your mobile device using the desktop schedule view. We are including a new mobile phone icon in the side panel of the agent schedule screen to navigate to this feature. Simply click on the icon to view the QR codes. Next, select your operating system and scan the respective QR code with your mobile camera. This will take you to the app store where you can download Genesys Tempo^TM. Genesys Tempo^TM is Genesys Cloud's native mobile app for workforce management, allowing users to manage their work-life balance from their personal device. With Genesys Tempo^TM, you can: view your daily and weekly schedule, drop a shift, pick up shifts, trade shifts with colleagues, notify your supervisor that you are going to be late to your next scheduled activity and manage time off requests.
