Good day,


I have modified a handler by adding an ACD Statistics (Queue), Condition and Assignment tool steps. Nothing too earth shattering there; however, when I try to publish it I receive any error I never seen.


I searched for any files with the .i3h extension and found none. I then republished the original handler without issue.

Hey Dennis,

Yes, the user was the IC admin account with all security rights. I found the issue appears to be something within Designer itself. I was able to successfully publish the handler using the Designer on the backup server.
