There appears to be a restriction of no more than 6 filters that can be applied to a Content Search
#Qualitymanagement #SpeechandTextAnalytics . So if you add say 5 specific queues you want to filter by and then filter by say Sentiment score < 0, you can't then add any further filters such as a detected topic or a word phrase which is the main aim of this report. If you attempt to add any further filters there is a message displayed of "Filter Limit reached". This does not seem to be an issue with other reports under Performance where commonly we might list 10+ queues to focus on and never receive this filter limit.
I can understand that perhaps there is a need to limit the number of words/phrases to search on under Content Search as this could be resource intensive, but to not be able to filter by more than 6 attributes for things like queue name or users seems way too restrictive.
Can anyone confirm that there is indeed a limit of 6 filters for the Content Search (can't find any documentation on what limits might apply) and if there is a plan to increase the allowable filters.
