For the Ideas site, you click on Genesys Cloud Ideas then My Ideas
From there, you can click on the Status filter to see all the ones of a certain status.
Not a real way of seeing the comments, but you can show the popular ones that usually have more votes and discusstions.
As for the community, you can click on your Profile in the upper right:
Then My Contributions and My List of Contributions:
You will see a list of the discussions you have submitted.
The 85+ is a misnomer. Should be more like 3500+

Where can I easily see the list of any Discussion or Idea I submitted so I can click on it and go back to it? I can't find a "Your Discussions" or "Your Ideas" or anything like that. I'm sure it must exist but I don't see where to easily access them.
