Hi all,
In Genesys Cloud for Salesforce, when I receive an email or a chat, the email/chat content opens in the InteractionUtility. If I want to see the script, I need to click on the script tab, but it only opens in a small part of the width (like around 20% or so) and there is no way to expand. There are no "3 dots" button like in Genesys Cloud portal. This makes the script very small and misformatted for agent usage.
Is there any way to make it expandable?
Or in alternative, any way of having a dedicated widget with only the script?
