@Tracy Vickers - We are also interested in this answer. We met with our Kronos admins and they informed us the version of Kronos Workforce Central we're on does not have REST API capabilities. Later next year we'll begin moving to UKG Dimensions, which does have REST API capabilities. In the meantime, we are curious what others have done to at least get [as close to] real-time PTO balance info as reasonably possible automatically imported from Kronos WFC into Genesys WFM.

Our IT team is still working on this with UKG.  I'm told it will happen at some point, so it is possible.  I do not know what the stumbling blocks have been but they have been working on it for some time.

UKG has integrated with Genesys and we have done a couple of variations on this theme.  There are API's that can support this, but we have found that most HR organizations don't want Genesys having direct access to UKG and other HRIS systems, so we have written a Data Table version of the integration that we can use with file import/export with UKG.
