    Hello All,

    We are getting the "User Limit Reached" error when adding user to performance dashboards like below. Is there any limit for adding users to dashboards?

    Something for the dashboard PM to answer.  @Chris Bohlin, do you know?

    I do know that the Real Time WFM is limited to 25 lines/users and the queue filter is limited to 100, so probably the same for users on the list filters.​

    This is documented on the dashboard configuration documentation.  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/add-and-edit-performance-dashboards/  The widgets are limited to 100 items per widget.

    @Matthew Brannon - The maximum number of agents allowed to be selected for a widget on the dashboard is 300. For queues, wrap-up codes, flows and flow outcomes the limit is 100.
