    Hello.

    Does the Genesys Cloud adjust for Daylight Savings time when we import the HD file in UTC? The difference is 5 hours during EST, but only 4 hours during EDT.  If I add 5 hours to all the intervals, I am concerned it still not be accurate for Daylight Savings time.

    There would be no standard conversion on the import that I know of.  It just takes the data and inserts in.  Hard to say how it would show up in the different time zones.  Wish the entire thing would just go away.
