I was wondering if there's an option or a feature to hide the sidebar on the left side of Genesys Cloud.
To help your understanding, here is the screenshot of it.

As I read through the discussion shared on Genesys Cloud CX Community, customizing the sidebar widget seems possible.
However, it is also possible to completely hide (or disable) the sidebar so that customers' private information displayed on the dialpad or call history is not exposed to the agent?
