  • 1.  How many planning groups can be created per administrative unit in genesys cloud?

    I would like to know if anyone knows how many planning groups can be created per administration unit within an organization in genesys cloud or inform me if there is a limit.

    Hi Keity,

    you can have up to 1000 Planning Groups per Business Unit.
