Hi Team,
We are configured 3 rules in Outbound campaign Preview mode. if Campaign is running some contacts only 2 rules triggering. other rules not triggering. so how to check one interaction rules triggering or not. if genesys have any api to check for rules triggering or not? and one more doubt for me. when will trigger rules in wrap-up rule for preview mode.
