  • 1.  How to check Rule management

    Hi Team,

    We are configured 3 rules in Outbound campaign Preview mode. if Campaign is running some contacts only 2 rules triggering. other rules not triggering. so how to check one interaction rules triggering or not.  if genesys have any api to check for rules triggering or not? and one more doubt for me. when will trigger rules in wrap-up rule for preview mode.

    You won't see this in the API usage unless you are using a data action.  I would suggest you write to another column in contact list as the behavior for each rule so you can see which fire and which don't.
